Stopping Panic Attacks
If you are having trouble stopping panic attacks then I really hope I can help you. I personally struggled with panic attacks for 4 painful years. If anything, I did learn some great coping strategies.
So if you are interested in stopping panic attacks, then I have laid out some of my most effective methods for you. And if you are looking for a way to actually cure your attacks, I gave you an insight on how I accomplished just that as well. It has been 8 months since my last panic attack and I feel like I have gotten my life back.
Stopping Panic Attacks (For Good)
1. Life Is Uncertain...Accept It
Stopping Panic Attacks
The most effective way of stopping panic attacks is to accept the uncertainty that life brings. Unfortunately, it is usually the hardest to do. You see, none of us are ever going to be able to control everything that happens in our lives. There are always going to be those odd curveballs we get.
Rather than fight against the very essence of life, learn to welcome it and enjoy. Would you REALLY be happy if you knew what was going to happen in every second of the day?

2. Don't Resist Your Thoughts
Stopping Panic Attacks
Rather than trying to force the negative thoughts out of your head, spend 10 minutes each day analyzing them. You will find that the majority of them are just irrational "mind noise" once you hold them to the light. This is a great way to clear away all of those bad thoughts.
The great thing about this is that most of your negative thoughts are repetitive. By examining and dissolving one thought, you will be able to get rid of many other similar ones.

3. Sleep More
Stopping Panic Attacks
I know this is not easy with all the stress you are feeling, but its the SMARTEST thing to do. You may think that you should be getting work done, but you will be better off sleeping. Get between 7-8 hours of sleep every single night. This does wondering for alleviating those stress levels and actually improving your work efficiency as you are refreshed.
Stop "Coping" and Start Living
