Do You Know What You're Taking Into Your Body?
Do you know what you are taking into your body when you smoke? Check this out! From Wikipedia:
A cigarette is a product consumed through smoking and manufactured out of cured and finely cut tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco, is then often combined with other additives, then rolled or stuffed into a paper-wrapped cylinder (generally less than 120 mm in length and 10 mm in diameter).
The cigarette is ignited at one end and allowed to smoulder for the purpose of inhalation of its smoke from the other (usually filtered) end, which is inserted in the mouth. They are sometimes smoked with a cigarette holder. The term cigarette, as commonly used, refers to a tobacco cigarette but can apply to similar devices containing other herbs, such as cannabis.
Nicotine, the primary psychoactive chemical in tobacco, is addictive. Cigarette use has also been shown to cause multiple types of cancer, heart disease, respiratory disease, circulatory disease, birth defects (which include mental and physical disability) and emphysema.
Rates of cigarette smoking vary widely. While rates of smoking have leveled off or declined in the developed world, they continue to rise in the undeveloped world.
So what does it do to your body? Check out this great video....

What Is "Stop Smoking In 28 Days Or Less!"
"Stop Smoking in 28 Days or Less!" has been created by a reformed ex-smoker and quit-smoking workshop leader, Melvin G. Power. It is based around Melvin's unique four-stage method which he used to give up, and which has subsequently been applied successfully by thousands of other smokers across the world to finally kick the habit.Melvin's manual includes not just one but a whole battalion of tools for giving up smoking. They include the GOF method, his original and widely-acclaimed psychological technique for overcoming withdrawal symptoms. Melvin's style may be a little home-spun, but he tells it like it is when discussing the dangers of smoking and the many benefits of giving up.
Melvin also believes that stopping smoking is a lifestyle decision and needs to be viewed in the context of other aspects of your life as well - so his manual also covers matters such as sleep and diet, which can have a huge impact on the success (or otherwise) of your quest to give up smoking.
