    Ha ha...some of those funny Santa ornaments really made me chuckle! You've got some great unique ornaments perfect for a collector or someone with a great sense of humor! Thanks for sharing!

    This lens is so much fun! My siblings and I love crazy ornaments and for years when we came to visit my parents we hung our childhood favorites on their chandelier since they wouldn't allow them on the tree. I now have custody of a number of them. My personal all-time wacky faves: a spider made out of jingle bells, a morbidly obese puffball mouse in a Santa hat and a squirrel in a baseball mitt with some holly.

    What a fabulous lens! I especially love the can-can chicken-n-Santa, and the kitten. Also love the idea of using a Christmas tree decoration as a gift wrapping decoration. I think I'm definitely going to do that this year! Great selection here! Blessed. :)

    Just a hint about shooting close up in flash: You do not want to be physically too close. Use your zoom lens and then use a digital processor like Photoshop to enlarge the photo.

    I am obsessed with ugly Christmas sweaters and I love that you found an ornament of an ugly reindeer sweater. I will have to looking into purchasing one. Love this lens!!

    I enjoyed seeing your unique Christmas ornaments. One of the favorites on my tree is from a craft fair. It's a guilty looking kitty holding a broken Christmas ball. He looks just like my gray cat who used to climb in the tree knocking things off.

    Fun to see your 'strange' Christmas Tree ornaments! My collection centers on my love of the Sea after years of living near the ocean on both East & West coasts, so I have lots of 'beachy' ornaments. :) Your 'Santa on a Surfboard' would fit right in with my others! :)

    Here's a tip, don't hang a "Flamin' Cat" on your tree, it will end up looking like the one in "Christmas Vacation!" Blessed~~~!

    I go for simple christmas tree decorations, to me the whole tree is just too much.

    This year. I have a nativity set, an angel, a candle, some gargoyles, (Gargoyles are good) and green tinsel.

    These ornaments are strange, but fun! I think the silliest is a tie between the Santa banana and Santa dancing with the red chicken. For decorating the tree we try to go with a theme. One year might be all traditional, another would be fun type decorations.

    I have fun with all kinds of ornaments on our tree. From handmade through the years, to old memories of earlier years, to whatever the grandchildren want to put on the tree. We enjoy our Christmas tree! It does not win any beauty contests but it's fun!
