I am note sure if this is true but I heard that under English Law (still active today) if someone entered a sea captains cabin without his permission he was legally allowed to shoot them. I should imagine if a captain on a cruise liner tried it nowadays he would be in trouble..

Strange fact not sure if it is true or not but remember reading it in the readers digest many years ago, an elderly woman was driving an american rv and she left the seat to put the kettle on and of course she crashed, but the strangest part of the story is she sue the company who made the vehicle for not warning her that it was dangerous to leave the driving position and she won!!!
