Don't be scared by the Amazon price, used copies are far cheaper (2$).
The game looks really good for a game boy color title - like it could be on the SNES. Do not let the handheld factor affect you - it has everything a RTS should have: various troups, abilities to build from resources; farming and other classic RTS themes; and plenty of fighting. While it may have smaller maps, and not as much variety in troops as a "real" RTS, it is still a great title. The controls might take some getting used to at first, since you don't have a mouse and keyboard.
