Strawberry Fluff Dessert with Bananas

This quick and easy dessert is refreshing and nutritious. I went to an upscale restaurant recently only to discover that what I had ordered for dessert was something I'd been making for years! I assure you it can be made much more cheaply than it can be bought!

You will need only 3 ingredients for this tasty recipe. Of course, the ingredients include Strawberries and Bananas!

This is probably one of my lower fat, lower sugar recipes. What can I say? I learned to cook old school. I know you will love it!

You need Strawberries, Bananas and...Fluff!

So easy yet soooo good

You will need about a pint of fresh strawberries, sliced and crushed, or a small container of frozen (frozen work best because of the juice in it, but only use about half of the juice). Mix gently in with a large tub of cool whip until evenly distributed.

Distribute the mixture into as many dessert cups as you need (or any kind of bowl or serving container) Slice Bananas in half and arrange on a serving platter. You may also use other fruits besides the bananas. Grapes, blueberries, melons, even orange slices work well with this!

Wrap the leftover fluff and keep refrigerated. This can be served another night over ice cream, or on top of angel food cake. Use your imagination. The Strawberry fluff will go with just about anything. You can even slice up the bananas and put them into the strawberry fluff. Then you have Strawberry banana fluff!

There you have it. Simple, nutritious, delicious and fast!
