    I used to love the Purple Pie Man. He rocked! I have a problem with them now marketing the Strawberry Shortcake doll with a hairbrush, since that is not at all what she was about - for more on that rant: Corrupting My Childhood.

    When I was a child I was a model for kenner toys. My photo is on a select amount of the 1980 strawberry shortcake boxes. I have several but I am in search of more If anyone has one of these boxes with the doll intacted I would love to buy it.

    Fantastic site, especially love the photos of the original dolls, great colours. I have been trying to find information out on how many minis vintage shortcakes and friends were made if anyone can answer that would be great!!!

    Hi! I make pacifier or tooth holders for kid's rooms and sell on Etsy. I made one with Strawberry Shortcake colors for a friend who's daughter's room is the green color! She loves it! Nice lens!

    What an awesome lens! I'm going to add a link to my 80s cartoon lens. I like the look of the new dolls, as well. I wasn't very fond of the 2002 ones with their ragamuffin jeans and straw hats. Blech.
