My Review
The Strengthfinder Online Assessment is an excellent tool for discovering your top five strengths. The action plan provided is practical and very helpful. Once you know your strengths, you can leverage them to achieve what you want. As thinking is the basis of performance, you have to use Optimal Thinking to do your best. So I also recommend the Optimal Thinking Online Assessment at the optimalthinking website (as a self-optimization assessment or a multi-rater 360 assessment) to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of your dominant thinking style, and receive an action plan to optimize your thinking and interactions with others. Use both assessments.
