    Great review here, S-t-r-e-s-s, it is everywhere and unless you learn to deal effectively with it and find ways to get some stress relief, it can cause some serious health problems. Thanks

    Great lens, boy do we all know about stress. There is good stress and bad stress that can happen in your life, that can all affect your body and mind. Great information here!
