Most health care professionals will tell you if you are stressed to perform some sort of exercise.

Physical Exercise is one of the single most important ways to help relieve stress. Not only does is benefit you physically, but also mentally. Feeling better physically in turn makes you feel better mentally.

When we exercise our bodies release endorphins, natural chemicals produced by the body to make us feel good. You do not have to overexert yourself to reap the benefits. Don't think that if you cannot get out every day, that it may be useless. A small amount of exercise as regularly as you can is better than nothing at all. Be kind to yourself.
