Anxiety Is Taking A Toll On Your Body Right Now.

So your looking for some stress management and anxiety reduction techniques huh?
Well surprisingly I know just how you feel. After years of struggling with depression, panic attacks, and stress I finally couldn't take it anymore.

Two years after an awful divorce and just two months after I was shot at 16 times with an SKS in what police call "A miss hit" I had decided I had had enough. I was tired of struggling with work, paying bills, and family and friends who just didn't understand how I felt. I tried to take my own life. Luckily I was spared from my own self hatred by the good people at the hospital emergency room. I was unable to attend a psychiatric hospital afterwords due to my job so i continued with a therapist for a few months but even that didn't help completely. It wasn't until I found Free-Your-Anxiety.US was I truly free. I struggled for so long. I thought for sure I wouldn't make it but I did and so can you! I was labeled with depression, bi-polar, post traumatic stress syndrome, anxiety and suffered severe panic attacks. If I can get out from under the weight of all that, anyone can. Sometimes we are so caught up in the pain we never take action to get rid of it. What an awful cycle.

This page will help you find some working tips help with stress management and anxiety reduction.

Thinking Mind Or Torture Device?

Stress Management and Anxiety Reduction

Wouldn't it be nice if we could just pop in a piano CD and melt away into our own little world while releasing all of the days pressures? For most of us this just doesn't cut it. Most of us are constantly thinking and trying to relax just causes us to have more time to think about the things which we are stressed out about. Stress management and anxiety reduction starts with getting your mind off of the things that you have no control over. My Mother constantly told me "Don't think about your stress Amanda. Do something about it." The only problem was I was stressing about things that I had no control over! An over active mind can be your worst enemy. Try these tips to help:

Try This
Exercise. I can't tell you how much better I feel after a good run. Ok I'm not in the best of shape and it's extremely hard to get past the first 20 minutes or even to get on the treadmill in the first place but once I hit that runners high it's complete bliss. It will help you clear your mind as well. Running and exercise releases all kinds of happy chemicals in your brain and can make you feel better on a chemical level as well as a mental level.

Try This
Make a list of the things that are for font on your mind a.k.a. the things that are stressing you out. Once you are done cross of the things that you can't do anything about. It's not worth stressing about something you can't do anything about. Next to each thing you have left write one positive thing you can do right now to make that stress go away. There is no better stress management and anxiety reduction then taking action. When you take action your body tells your brain there is no reason to worry over this because you are doing something about it.
