My definition of stress is simple.

It is the strong desire to do something and not be able to do it.

We face stress in the workplace, at home, in marriage, traffic, and even in jail!

Stress is very different from challenges. We all face challenges, but if you can see the possibility of a solution ...... With stress, you know the task is mission impossible, but you are driven by the intense desire to try and find a solution, knowing full well there isn't one.

Stress can never be eliminated - but can and should be reduced.

Stress Reduce - Solutions

Thinking calm thoughts. It is possible to create the new habit of filling your mind with agreeable thoughts and throwing the negative into a vacuum. Try it and be determined to work it till it works for you.

Natural medications to induce calm. Many times you are pushed beyond your limits and need a safe, fast natural remedy to help you calm down.

Regular exercise. Get off the elevator and walk. Park further away. There are many easy ways to move that body and avoid the lazy way. It's worth it.

Talking gets it off your chest. Talking it over with a trusted person is a great relief. Do it as soon as possible.

Taking regular breaks. It is vital to take frequent, even short, breaks. Get up, walk around, get some fresh air and come back rejuvenated.

Biofeedback techniques. These require professional guidance. Don't try it alone.
