Post Traumatic Stress Disorders or PTSD are anxiety disorders caused by traumatic event, such as : war, grief, crash etc, which sufferer will remind those events in the future.

    I know stress can be a very daunting effects and a very dangerous one if you cannot find a way to fight it. I know that stress could really kill a person and it already happened to a lot of people. To avoid stress one is to be able to coup up with it's emotional freedom. There is this one technique that can be able to fight off stress and this technique is called eft training using eft for PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) really responds well to eft.
