These two areas tend to be the places where women accumulate their weight. If you put weight on in your stomach region, then also ensure that you include abdominal exercises in your routine.
There are many different ways to do the butt and thigh toning lunges and squats. If you have bad knees or ankles then you can do them against a wall using a fit ball. For other variations do a quick search on the Internet. Try to include a variety of exercises that target this area. If you retain weight around your tummy, then you will need to include some specific abdominal crunches and core strengthening exercises.
In order to get the best results you should also watch what you are eating and minimize fatty, sugary and processed foods. Also make sure that you are drinking lots of water to flush out your system and the toxins that can build up and lead to cellulite, bloating and weight gain.
If you eliminate as many processed foods from your diet as possible, then you will lose weight and become toned around all your problem areas. That means that when you have to venture into the string bikini changing rooms you will be able to try on the womens swimsuit without fearing that your self esteem is about to be shattered.
