YES YOU CAN! With A Little Planing, Healthy Eating, and DEDICATION.

We've all been fooled by the diet gurus, the pills, the "plans", and the empty promises that guarantee quick, easy,no effort fat loss. Do they work? Sure they do! Are they sustainable? Probably not.

I'm not going to lie to you. Weight gain is easy. Sustainable fat loss requires work.

But with the right plan and dedication your goal can be achieved.

So, You Realy Want To Loose Weight

This Is How It Works

There are a number of factors that affect fat loss. What you eat, how much you eat, and how often you eat, make up 80% of your diets effectiveness.

The remaining 20% is related to exercise, but more about that later. For right now let's concentrate on the first three.

You Are What You Eat

Make it the good stuff as much as possible

We've all heard that before. But like mom always said it goes in one ear and out the other. 40 or 50 years ago it was easy. Dad worked and mom took care of everything else. Healthy home cooked meals were readily available. Dining out was reserved for special occasions like birthdays or visiting the grandparents or even Chinese turkey for Christmas

In today's hectic world convenience often replaces quality. With Mom and Dad both working in many cases "grab and go" meals are often the norm and home cooking is the exception.

Finding good nutrition can be difficult. It could take hours at the store to read the nutrition info on everything you want to buy. Wouldn't it be great to have a GROCERY LIST IN HAND when you go to the store so you could make better decisions

You Don't Want to Hibernate.

You want to Prepare for a Marathon

God bless the buffet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, enough food to feed Rhode Island and all for me. Plate after plate, piled high and wide. Then a little nap; a.k.a., the food coma.

Eating like a bear getting ready for hibernation is a great way to pack on the fat, but a terrible way to lose it. Good for bears, not for us.

As Americans, we tend to think more is better. In this case I don't mean more food, I mean more meals. Yup, that's right, eat more often. Five smaller meals instead of two or three big ones will jump start your bodies metabolism. The more often your body metabolizes food, which equals burning fat, the more efficient it becomes at it.

How Often You Eat Can Jump Start Fat Loss

So Eat Less More Often Rather Than More Less Often to Lose Fat

Research shows that eating more smaller meals throughout the day super charges the body's ability to burn fat.

Start with breakfast. The proclaimed most important meal of the day, is just that, the most important!!!

Since sleep is the longest break between meals,or at least it should be, when you wake, you need to feed your body to get it started. Skipping breakfast or trying to eat enough at breakfast to last the day will slow your metabolism as your body attempts to use the fuel it has without using it's reserves.

Does this happen all in one day? Of course not. It happens over time as it becomes habit.

So doesn't it make sense that reversing the process will take time too? It should.

You can't change a life time of habits overnight. Evaluating how often you eat will give you a head start on fat loss.

More smaller meals over a long period of time WILL increase your metabolism and turn you into a fat loss machine.
