Obesity is a SERIOUS condition. It adversely affects the heart, causes adult onset diabetes, shortens your lifespan, and lowers energy levels. 5. Don't eat reduced fat foods. Doing son give a false sense of freedom to eat more. Weight management is a long term commitment so learn good disciples early eating the right foods.
