Success Quotes and the Mastermind Concept
Who was Napoleon Hill? Napoleon Hill was one of the earliest authors of personal success books who believed that a person's mindset was a very important indication of his future success. His motivational book "Think and Grow Rich", published in 1937, is one of the all time best selling books. "What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve" is one of Hill's famous quotes. Hill's thoughts on success came from his interviews with, observation of, and association with several successful people beginning with Andrew Carnegie, a Scottish born American steel magnate. Success or failure, it all originates with our thoughts. Think about it!

Remember the old saying, "Two heads are better than one?" What about six or eight heads or ten? A Mastermind group is an elaboration of that concept. Include people in your group that have knowledge that you don't have. Choose people that you can brainstorm with and set goals with.
A Mastermind group should consist of people with similar goals. There should be experience to draw from in the group and every member should feel that they can both give and receive. Everyone should be open to critique and suggestion. The members must get along well together and the group should be kept small, between 6 and 10.
Set up a regular meeting time. It could be once a week or once a month.
