"mlm" business you are going to come across 2 very different scenerio's.

The first scenero goes like this. You join company A

the first thing that happens is a member of your upline contacts you, finds out
how they can help you. Then together they put together a plan of action that is
suited for you.

The second scenero goes like this. you join company B
the first thing that happens is nobody calls you, or even emails you for that
matter. You eventually get a email saying hey do this and you will skyrocket to
success. You take that persons advice since they are in your upline, end up
spending a couple hundred or thousands of dollars and end up empty handed in the
end.

Why is the failure rate so high in Network Marketing ?

The answer is rather simple actually. Most people end up joining a network
marketing company on a whim. And since they did no prior investigating they
ended up joining a dead leg of a good company.



Successful
team building requires a few things to set up, but once its set up the
monster it creates is unstoppable.



Successful team building starts with the leaders, Never join a company that your
sponsor is not willing to personally get involved with you. That shows that they
don't care about your success, they just wanted your money.



The biggest key to building a
successful
team is to pre-qualify your prospects. Your time and money is valuable you
don't want to waste time talking to the wrong people.



Who are the wrong people to talk to ?

People who are unwilling to take action, they usually never will. You are better
off with 10 great leaders on your team then a 100 lackies.



Pay attention to a persons response. The way a person communicates tells you
alot about them.

then it won't be around very long.



2.A easy to duplicate system to learn and follow.If there isn't a easy to
understand paint by the numbers system then you are doomed.

internet makes it possible for anyone to get in business at the lowest cost
imaginable.



4.Advertising methods that is affordable to everyone. If you join a company and
they are not teaching you how to

exploit the internet for profit, then get out.



5.The biggest thing needed to achieve Successful Team Building is HEART ! If you
join a team with clear vision and desire you will surely prosper.



6. In order to fully realize the potential of internet marketing and network
marketing every member of the team needs to focus on the teams goal,
which ultimately leads to job crushing income.
