Successful Weight Loss Story

Have you ever wondered if it's possible for you to lose weight? Well read on to find out how you can.

My skinny self

Bear with me and you'll understand why this is a weight loss story

I'm a petite person; or should i say i'm vertically challenged. I have accepted the fact that i always have to look up when talking to people unless they're more vertically challenged than me, and it gives me great joy whenever i can actually look down(although not much) when i talk to someone.

I'm born thin as well. Throughout my pre-teens and my teens i'm in fact skinny. No matter what i ate i can never seem to put on weight; no matter how hard i tried. Now why would i want to do that? Remember i said i was skinny. Being thin was fine but being skinny was awkward.

There i was petite and skinny. I always looked like a small young girl even in my teens which is upsetting for a teenager. Which teenager likes to be mistaken for a kid? To make matter worse, my family and relatives are giving me all sorts of nicknames; bamboo, bamboo pole, stick, skeleton and others which i have managed to erase from my memory.

I tried to eat lots as i thought at least if i'm not so skinny then i wouldn't look so awkward and small. Bless my metabolism i couldn't put on a single pound; so i went through my teen being skinny.

How in the world did i put on weight?

When i was in my early twenties, i started to party alot. I was beginning to be popular and started to appreciate the fact that i'm skinny. Why? Well as it turns out i was a late bloomer so i got my boobs in my early twenties.(I developed them not bought them) That's right. I'm skinny with boobs. Yeeha!

All right now, you guys can stop imagining. Focus. Anyway, whenever i'm out partying, after party my mates and i would always go for late supper.

This went on for a few years and as with most things, we got a little tired of partying and slowly phase out the partying(been there, done that)

What remains was the late night supper. The supper continued because we enjoyed that the most as we would eat and talk and gossip and joke through the night.

What i didn't realise was as we get older our metabolism gets lower. I didn't realise that the constant late supper was actually making what i wished for in my teens come true! So when people tell you to be careful what you wish for, take heed! Wishes can come true; maybe much much later when you don't wish for it anymore.

Now i wish that i could lose weight!

Well i didn't exactly grow fat. I was a little chubby on the cheeks, i got a more generous tummy and my thighs were a little 'thunderous'.

I couldn't fit into my sexy party clothes anymore. I couldn't believe that it would happen to me. Yes, i put on weight. Shucks! Just when i didn't want it.

Being self conscious, and when i started to see alot of my photos have my double chin shots in them, i decided to do something about it.

I knew i have to lose weight so i went to a gym to work out. Well something did work out... i met this guy with a hot bod and we dated for awhile. Hehe.

Ok back to the story. I wasn't really working out at the gym consistently at first. Noticing how it didn't get any weight off, i knew i have to be consistent so i got a bit more determined and started to workout regularly.

Did going to the gym work?

I was starting to be a little proud of myself. I was losing weight. After going to the gym for about 3 months i lost about.... 2 kilos.

Sigh. It didn't really make alot of difference does it. What have i not done right?

I did control my diet, no more late supper and i did workout. I knew some foods i did avoid but it's not entirely possible to give up some foods. I wouldn't want to give up some foods. No way. So i was thinking how else can i lose weight?

Now it's the successful weight loss part

(Told you we're gonna get there)

I was getting desperate. My mates and i were going to Bali. I wanted to put on a bikini and go the beach and take loads of photos; but i didn't want to cringe or hide some of the photos because i forgot to suck in my tummy or because my double chin's showing in this angle or because my thighs looking big at this photo etc, etc.

The trip's in 3 month's time and previously i lost about 2 kilos in that span of time. That's not enough, and i couldn't go through not eating my regular food for another 3 months.

So i was surfing the net one time looking for inspiration and stumbled across this product called Strip That Fat. It had great reviews wherever i researched it.

Strip That Fat

Get excited because this really works!

I got excited when i read about it. It was certainly affordable, it got great reviews and testimonials from people who had tried it and it promised to keep that weight down.

So i bought Strip That Fat and with determination to make it work this time, i followed the program.

The best thing about Strip That Fat and why it's so easy to follow is because i can still eat the foods that i like and i'm not restricted to how much i eat. That is an important factor as diets usually fail because we usually can't stick to restricting ourselves for too long. That's why this works as i don't have to restrict myself.

Strip That Fat program is totally flexible so i actually have the choice to create a diet that is suitable for me. It's really easy as it comes with a software where i can plug to and choose what food i like to eat and tadaa! I have my own personalised diet. A diet that contains the food that i enjoy and still is going to help me lose weight.

Strip That Fat also teaches me loads of stuff like how to train my mind for long term weight loss, things that can help me propel my weight loss and best of all, Strip That Fat program always haves updates that help me to stay on track.

It took me about less than a month to see significant results and i really get to achieve my goal. I lost all that extra inches off my waist, my thighs are slimmer and my double chin's history!

I'm really relieved that i don't have to pull my shirt out from the creases of my tummy anymore whenever i sit. I'm glad that i don't have to suck in my tummy anymore whenever i have my picture taken. I'm happy that i don't have to insist to have my picture taken only from a certain angle so that my double chin don't show. I'm most delighted that i can fit into my old clothes! Yeahh!

Now that you know that Strip That Fat works, i have to tell you that it is just a product. It can't help you if you don't take action. Taking action is the keyword here. The only reason i've had success with this is because i stayed on track with the program and i disciplined myself with determination. You have to be disciplined and determined to see results. This is not a magical product. It doesn't run on autopilot. YOU have to go through it so YOU have to make it work. Losing weight IS achievable and get yourself in that frame of mind. Remember this is not only going to be a change of diet, it is a lifestyle change.

YOU can do it so start today, give no more excuses and start losing weight with Strip That Fat.
