Hope you had a funfilled and peaceful weekend.

This past week has been especially stressful for me and my
family.

See, my dad is at the intensive care unit in a hospital not
too far from where I live. He's on the ventilator and
heavily sedated.

The doctor told my mom to tell us to be in the "you know"
mind frame and prepare ourselves incase something happens.

I mean, I go to visit him and I can't even tell if he can
recognize me because his eyes aren't open most of the time.
So I'm like "Daddy it's me. It's Yvonne" and he doesn't even
bat an eyelash.

Anyway, please pray for my mom so she can have the strength
to see this through. She was just bawling the other day.
She's really overwhelmed.

Thing is, I didn't even realize how stressed out I was with
dealing with this stuff, taking care of my family and
handling businesses. So, a friend of ours takes us out to
see a concert by Concordia university here in IL.

I was sitting there and letting the music soak through me. I
don't know if you're into classical music or not, but they
played Bethoven, Bach, Mendelshon, and others. I felt like I
was this other person sitting there because my body was so
heavy and I could feel it start to relax because my mind was
relaxing.

That was when I realized how important it is to take a break
in the midst of challenges and just breathe, get away from
your normal activities and just let music or your favorite
thing soak the tension out of you.

I don't even know if I'm writing coherently today, but I
thought I'd share my thoughts with you and hope it inspires
you in some way.

I spent a lot of my time thinking about what I wanted to say,
how I wanted to say it and I worried whether it would work for
the audience I was targeting.

Analysis paralysis is a disease common among home based
