Make A Suggestion
Is there something about Squidoo that you can't quite figure out? Or you're wondering if someone else has had the same problem and an answer is already at hand. But where to find it? You've come to the right place!

I have a talent. I can chew up and digest an idea, or a concept, or a system, and then spit it back out and organise and rearrange and reword is in such a way that ordinary people can understand it. As disgusting as that analogy is, it works. And I make sure I wash off all the germs before I hand over the solution.
While I have never had any formal teaching qualifications I have in various jobs been called on to teach, train and tutor. In fact I taught for a semester at the Hunter Institute of Technology (web design) at one campus one day a week while still a student and half way through the course in Digital Arts & Media four days a week at the other (arts) campus.
So if you have difficulty understanding or getting a solid handle on something to do with Squidoo, just ask. Even if you don't know the right questions to ask, give it a shot anyway. We'll kick the problem around until it's solved or falls apart from too much creative abuse.
Though I don't have ALL the answers. There are plenty of other able, knowledgeable and far more technical people than me, you'll find them them at SquidU.com.

I've compiled a list of Squidoo-centric lens, most I've written myself, but as I find quality lenses from other sources I'll be adding them too. It's the quickest most informative crash course in Squidoo that money can buy (though it's completely free).-

- I'm finding great information on Sqidoo and want to add html tags for links and photos. But I can't figure out how to get to an html page. On other blog pages, there's an "html" tab where I can click on it and add my code. When I click on "edit" to edit a module, it just brings me to my regular text I typed in.

- I would like to be able to add more than one lens at a time to a group. I have over 80 lenses and adding more , so to add them all to a group that accepts all lenses takes forever!

- OK- I have question for you! I went to lensroll.com and signed up and submitted my first lens about 2 weeks ago. When I check on it at lensroll, it shows only submitted not published. I can't find anywhere to ask a question. So....do you have any ideas for this newbie? Thanks in advance!

- Why Squidoo? It's kinda like a sales pitch to the Squidoo unconverted.
- I'm a Lensmaster! What now? is a structured introduction new Squidoolian converts. It quickly covers the basics and gets you up to speed
- Squidoo Modules are the building blocks you use to create a lens. Squidoo Modules demonstrates almost all of them so you can see how they look when they're out in the wild.
- Lensrank is a heatedly discussed and debated topic amongst Lensmasters. This lens shies away from personal opinion and viewpoint and draws together dishes up what representatives from Squid Inc have had to say about it so you can draw your own conclusions.
- Payrank is probably even more controversial than Lensrank, and there's far less information to be found about the topic of Payrank. But what there is has been gathered and presented here.
- Basic HTML for Squidoo gives you a little more power and options as to what you can do in your chosen Squidoo modules. Explained in such a way that even those uninitiated in HTML can figure out how to customise snippets to fit their purposes.
- Squidoopedia is a work in progress of a collection of Squidoo related jargon, whether technical or has popped up from it's users as a result in an evolution of language.
- iframes allows you to do things that currently aren't available at Squidoo, like inserting a larger image, a flash game, video (that isn't hosted by YouTube) and many other cool little hacks.
