Weekend Cottage in New Hampshire or Seasonal Home for Retirees
This community, Lake Forest Resort, geared to older adults makes a perfect summer home for snowbirds. Spend the winter down south with the palm trees, but escape the southern heat and humidity to spend spring, summer and fall in comfort, surrounded by woods and not far from a first-class lake, Great East Lake. Situated on the Maine-New Hampshire border, it is the third largest lake in New Hampshire.
You won't believe all the amenities at Lake Forest Resort or all the features included in the cottages. It's a fantastic opportunity to live in a rustic setting yet in complete comfort.
This cottage is move-in ready and fully furnished, even down to the pots and pans.

- Looks so nice! Can it be lived in year around? No idea about value of a place like this, so listing an asking price would be helpful.

- The place closes in the winter. All the cottages have their pipes drained and antifreeze put in.

- This looks like a great getaway. I really think you should list the price though to give people an idea of what the starting point is.
