Seasonal Cottage with Storage Space for a Car and a Boat

Canvas for the metal-framed carport is stored in the shed over the winter. Lake Forest closes for the winter and the cottages are winterized. Notice that there is no lawn to mow (easy maintenance).

    Looks so nice! Can it be lived in year around? No idea about value of a place like this, so listing an asking price would be helpful.

    The place closes in the winter. All the cottages have their pipes drained and antifreeze put in.
