Sandals for summer- This girl is having fun

Well ladies it is that time of year again when we need to spruce up our legs and especially our feet because they will be on display in the new summer sandals. Remember as you reluctantly pull off those 40 denier tights that your legs and feet need a bit of extra care and attention before revealing them in all their glory.
I have been looking at the summer sandals for this year and they reveal a lot of the foot as usual so get your feet into top class shape now girls.

Follow the tips below for beautiful feet

How to care for your feet

1. Wash your feet daily, remove all soap and dry carefully especially between your toes.
2. Do not trim nails too short and trim straight across.
3. Have corns or calluses treated by an expert.
4. Of course you will wear clean socks or stockings daily, make sure they fit well too.
5. Sandals are good for your feet but remember to change shoes from day to day.
6. Try a foot spa.
7.Moisturize your feet on a regular basis., and don't forget they need sunscreen too.
8. Do not moisturize the area between the toes.

Try this foot soak

Spicy Lemon foot soak

Ingredients
1 cup fresh Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ cup Milk
Water- hand hot
Tub for soaking feet
Instructions
Fill a tub with hand warm water add the other ingredients and stir well.
Put your feet in the liquid and soak them for 10-15 minutes.
Then wash your feet with a mild soap, dry them with a soft towel and apply a foot care cream.
