    I love salads. Picked up the good tip of rolling a lemon before squeezing. I know I'll test that with good results and will probably use that technique forever. Good lens packed with a recipe within plus lots of resources, vids, and tips. 5*'s. Thanks.

    I just made a new summer salad yesterday...it was so simple and good I thought I'd share it. You cut up tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and marinate it in a lite Ceaser dressing and marinade ( I used Ken's Steak House brand). Really tasted good! Got kudos from my hubby!
