Fun and Easy Handprint Sun Craft
Great sun craft for toddlers
Make a sunny hand print craft.
What you will need:
Yellow and Orange construction paper
1 paper plate
Scissors
Glue
Marker (optional)
Trace your little ones hand print on the coloured construction paper about 10 times. Carefully cut out the hand prints. While you are cutting, have your child colour in the paper plate in yellow or orange or any other "sunny" colours. Let her draw a fun smiley face on it if she wants, this will be the centre of her sun.
Glue the hand prints around the paper plate alternating colours if you have more than one colour. The base of the hand print will be attached to the paper plate while the fingers are on the outside to make the suns rays.
Let the glue dry and you have a sweet homemade sun craft to hang up in the window. Make sure you put your child's name and date on it. If you ever decide to throw it out, keep one of the hand prints as a keepsake along with a photo of the sun.
