The problem with barley is that it's extremely gelatinous. Excellent Price for a Quality Product
An excellent source of vegan protein - great for smoothies. I've only tried the 'natural' flavor so maybe I'll try vanilla next. I wouldn't say it's necessarily 'delicious' but it works wonderfully in a fruit smoothie. I was hoping it would be creamy enough so that I could skip having to add almond or hemp milk but no can do. It has a subtle brown rice flavor. You must give it a try.
