Ed Dale of the thirty day challenge ran a webinar the other day,and it was the most important business lesson i have ever learnt.The lesson was how to be a market leader.If you really want to stand out in your industry or niche, you need to lead the way make the best possible information available to your follower/customers. Or as Seth Godin describes it "Your Tribe".
Your customers need to know that they can trust you, and that you know enough about your industry/niche to be able to provide them with some valuable information that can help them solve their problems.
