Day 5 - Getting Links to Your Blog
Get links pointing to your blog using different link building strategies. This help people to find your content and improve your blog ranking.

Day 6 -- Getting More Traffics and Networks
Get more traffic with few different strategies and using community website to build your blog networks.

Day 7 - Check, Improve and Market Your Blog
Gather data on your blog's performance and with it do some minor changes and continue to promote it.

Day 1

Get more ideas on good niche markets and keywords you can use to build your blog. You can use the keyword searcher services like wordtracker or keyword elite. Identify your primary keyword, secondary keyword and also the long tail keywods. Go find and register a domain name for you blog base on the keywords you choose.

Day 2

Get your web hosting and choose the most affordable hosting package. When buying a web hosting it's good to pay for the hosting on yearly basis to save cost. After that, login to you Cpanel and look for the 'Fantastico' and use it to setup your wordpress blog.

Day 3

Using the FTP, you can upload any plugins that can be found at Wordpress.org to make you wordpress blog more interesting. You also can upload any wordpress themes if you feel that the default themes is not good looking enough.

Day 4

Befr start writing, it's good to register for a Technorati.com account and follow the procedures to claim your blog. Also insert the list of ping list in your wordpress setting blog. The ping list will be notified and they in return will inform search engine about your new content.

Day 5

Go to these sites, www.technorati.com, www.bloglines.com, www.blogsearch.google.com then typing your keyword and your will find a few interesting posts. Copy the idea but not the content and write similar post in your blog. Find the trackback link somewhere in the post and in the 'Trackbacks' section, enter the url. The owner of the blog need to approve your 'track' but if she/he like it then you will have links and traffic to your site.

You also can leave a comment on other blogs by putting your website url in the correct place. Write an article on your target market referring to your keywords list and submit to artcle directories. You also can use the RSS announcer software to submit your RSS to as many RSS directories as possible.

Day 6

You can use the services like Mybloglog.com, Del.icio.us, stumbleupon.com and feedburner to get more traffics and expand your blog networking.

Day 7

Use the Google Analytics, Awstats in your Cpanel to check your blog progress. Also try to check by typing site:yourdomain.com in the Google.com search box to see if Google has already indexed some pages of your blog. If not, you may check back in a few days and see the results.
