Super Car Guys

No Car People. I don't hire people with "experience". "Experience" usually means "bad attitude, lazy, "tear the customers heads off", stand out front in my sunglasses and smoke cigarettes until some unsuspecting person drives by so that I can flag them down before they get out of their car." Instead, I find the inexperienced - the folks that have lots of talent, love customers, hate high pressure sales and like to have fun at work. Then I transform them into "Super Non-Commissioned Car Guys." My Super Non-Commissioned Car Guys put the customer ahead of the sale. They are all willing to say "I don't think this one is right for you." They love people and use money instead of loving money and using people!

We make a difference in the lives of people; those who work here and those who purchase our products. I wake up everyday excited to do something worthwhile. I don't have to come to work; I get to come to work!

Super Car Guys are too regular car guys like Superman is to regular men.
