Vitamins

Vitamin B-3 (niacin) is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for many aspects of health, growth, and reproduction. Vitamin B-6 is involved in the functioning of some enzymes, especially those involved in protein metabolism, the formation of chemicals for transmission of impulses in brain and nerves, and in red blood cell formation.

Green Tea

The active constituents in green tea are a family of polyphenols (catechins) and flavonols which possess potent antioxidant activity. Tannins, large polyphenol molecules, form the bulk of the active compounds in green tea, with catechins comprising nearly 90%.

EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) makes up about 10-50% of the total catechin content
and is the most powerful of the Green tea catechins. EGCG in Green tea delivers antioxidant activity about 25-100 times more potent than vitamins C and E.

Guarana

Guarana originates from a shrub grown in Brazil. Guarana is known for its positive effect on energy levels, including mental clarity, energy and stamina. Guarana contains a natural derivative similar to the caffeine found in coffee beans.
Suggestions from people who use Guarana include that it increases energy levels, reduces fatigue, enhances physical and mental performance, promotes weight loss and suppresses appetite.
