Jared has put the wraps on Thomas Kinkade's Home for Christmas, where he plays the famous artist. He also seems to be filming a re-make of Friday the 13th during Supernatural's season break.

  • The Magnificent Seven Airs: 10/04/07
    The Seven demons in this episode are a result of the brothers opening the gate to hell in last season's finale. Tamara and Isaac, a married hunting duo, are aware of Dean and Sam's actions. Isaac initially refuses to work with them. Later, Tamara is taunted from beyond the grave.
  • The Kids Are Alright Airs: 10/11/07
    Sam and Dean hunt changlings targeting mothers and their children. Dean has a reunion with Lisa, a woman he once had a one-night stand with. Her son, Ben, strongly reminds Dean of himself. Though it makes him uncomfortable, Dean's natural instincts with children helps him get to know the boy, and watch with pride as Ben stands up to a bully. Meanwhile, other mothers admire Dean's... assets.
  • Bad Day At Black Rock Airs: 10/18/07
    Word continues to spread of the Winchesters and the opening of a devil's gate, with them to blame. Gordon's instincts may condemn Sam, Sam is kidnapped by a mentee of fellow hunter who admires Gordon and brutally beaten. He swears that his past supernatural abilities are gone, but is ignored. While looking for Sam, Dean spars with a thief and, luckily, gains the upper hand - for now.
  • Sin City Airs: 10/25/07
    Sam and Dean pose as insurance investigators and question the pastor when a man commits suicide in a church. Gun totin' Dean may favor a divergent political party. It's Sam's turn to look for Dean when he disappears with Casey, an attractive demon who expresses admiration for the deal he made to bring Sam back. Though initially thrown by the source of the compliments, Dean tells her that it's liberating to live life with no worries about the future, since he doesn't have one. Meanwhile, Sam's ally is not what he seems.
  • Bedtime Stories Airs: 11/01/07
    Fairy tales come to life when the brothers investigate Callie, a young girl who seems to personify Snow White. Poisoned by her stepmother and trapped in a coma, the spirit becomes angrier as more time passes. Callie's father visits her constantly, reading her original Brothers Grimm stories and unknowingly inspiring her carnage. Sam confronts him and forces him to listen to his daughter. While Dean sleeps, Sam slips out and confronts the Crossroads Demon with the Colt, procured by Ruby and rebuilt by Bobby. She refuses to let Dean out of the deal and says there's another boss who controls what she does. Sam shoots her in the head, killing the possessed human.
  • Red Sky At Morning Airs: 11/08/07
    Dean and Sam visit a woman, Gertrude, whose niece may have been drowned by ghosts from a sunken ship, only to find that the woman is well aware of that possibility and their cover has already been blown by Bela. Without missing a beat, Dean smoothly goes along with the woman's realization. Later, Bela and Dean struggle for the upper hand and Sam tries to avoid Gertrude's while they act as a distraction.
  • New Blood Airs: 11/15/07
    Gordon Dean is taken captive by a vengeful vampire who plans, at first, to feed the famed vampire hunter to his new female companions. When Dean tries to gently break the news that they'll have to kill him when they find him, Sam surprises him by agreeing without protest. Later, the boys realize just how badly the vampire's plans backfired on it when Gordon was turned into what he loathed most...
  • A Very Supernatural Christmas Airs: 12/13/07
    Dean tries to convince Sam to get a tree, presents and a special dinner to celebrate Christmas right, like they did when they were kids. We see flashbacks of a young Sam and Dean in Nebraska on Christmas Eve in 1991. Sam begs Dean to tell him why they move so much and what their father does and when Sam brings up their mother, Dean yells and storms out. That is when Sam reads their father's journal for the first time and learns of the monsters he hunts. When their father doesn't show for Chistmas, Sam is convinced the monsters got him and gives Dean the gift he got from Uncle Bobby, the amulet necklace, to give their dad. In the present time, Sam and Dean investigate an evil Pagan couple and end up tied to chairs in the couple's kitchen. The couple tell them they are Pagan gods and that killing and eating the people they do is their right.
  • Witch Hunt Airs: 01/31/08
    A group of neighborhood ladies, including Tammi, Elizabeth and Renee, are witches and hold secret meetings. When one, Amanda, supposedly kills the wife of a man she was obsessed with and herself, the group still continues to meet. Sam and Dean visit Elizabeth's house posing as police detectives to question her about Amanda's death. They tell her that Amanda was involved in occult practices and she appears shocked. The boys figure out that Tammi is a demon. She puts a spell on Dean to slowly kill him. When Sam goes to the meeting to force the women to lift the spell, Tammi holds Sam against the wall with a demonic force and kills another of the women by snapping her neck with her mind. Ruby saves Dean's life by making him drink a vile liquid then surprises them with her connection to demon-Tammi.
  • Dream a Little Dream of Me Airs: 02/07/08
    Dean dresses in a suit and tie, pretending to be a detective, when he goes to interview students and faculty at a college. He asks one stoner student about the death of Dr. Gregg and the sleep study he was conducting, testing a treatment for a sleep disorder. The student has the inability to dream and says he quit after one session with Dr. Gregg because the stuff he gave him caused him to have a very weird, super intense dream, much like an acid trip. Bobby, Sam and Dean all get trapped in their dreams and figure out that the one causing it is Jeremy, the stoner student Dean questioned.
  • Mystery Spot Airs: 02/14/08
    Sam and Dean investigate the disappearance of a man who went missing at a tourist location. While searching the site, Dean is shot and killed by the owner. Sam is devastated but stunned when he wakes up the next morning to find Dean alive and well. As the day unfolds, Sam realizes he is re-living the previous day and tries to prevent Dean's death, but to no avail. Dean dies again and Sam must learn to live life without his brother by his side.
  • Jus In Bello Airs: 02/21/08
    Agent Henriksen from the FBI descends on small town Monument, Colorado and captures Sam and Dean. He takes over the police station, even letting the one prisoner go, warning the Sheriff that they are the most dangerous criminals he will have ever met. He has his man lead them shackled into the station and the holding cell, leaving them shackled together. When demons attack the police station, killing the Henriksen's partner and several policemen, he blames Sam and Dean, believing they have friends coming to get them out. They try to tell him it's demons and everyone is in danger but he refuses to listen. Ruby finds them and comes up with a solution that no one believes in, forcing them to come up with a better solution.
  • Ghostfacers Airs: 04/24/08
    This episode was shot in documentary style and parodies Sci Fi Channel's Ghost Hunters. The Winchesters reunite with the wannabe hunters from Season 1.17's "Hell House" while investigating a haunted house where John failed to succeed. Dean is determined to try his hand at it. As the Ghostfacers stumble through the house and modify their TV pilot, Dean hunts for Sam.
  • Long-Distance Caller Airs: 05/01/08
    Sam and Dean hunt a Crocotta, its goal is to get people to kill themselves and then take their souls. To do so, it communicates via phone and computer as a dead loved one. Dean gets information on the demon holding the contract on his soul from a seemingly unlikely source. While Sam goes to confront the Crocotta, Dean unknowingly prepares to ambush an innocent victim
  • Time Is On My Side Airs: 05/08/08
    As time runs out for Dean, Sam convinces him to head to Eerie, Pennsylvania to investigate a possible zombie case. Instead, they discover Doc Benton (guest star Billy Drago), a real-life doctor who, in 1816, abandoned his medical practice to follow his obsession with finding the key to eternal life by drugging people and stealing their vital organs. Meanwhile, Bobby finds out where Bela is hiding, and Dean heads out to confront her, leaving Sam behind to deal with the good doctor. Dean and Bela battle it out for the last time, and Dean leaves Bela in a desperate, and possibly fatal, position.
  • No Rest For The Wicked ("No Quarter") Airs: 05/15/08
    It's 30 hours before Dean's deal with the crossroads demon is up and Dean, Sam and Bobby are searching for Lilith, who holds the contract. They discover her location and Sam summons Ruby for help despite Dean's protests. Ruby warns them they aren't ready to fight Lilith yet but they steal her knife and depart for New Harmony, Indiana. In a battle to the death, Sam, Dean and Bobby take on Lilith and all her demons in a last ditch effort to save Dean's life.
