Supernatural Crossover Fanfiction Sites

Do you love Supernatural? Do you love crossover fanfiction? Then you're in luck. There are plenty of SPN crossovers out there to keep me happy. In fact, there are probably fanfics that cross SPN over with most of your other favorite shows. And the following sites make them easier to find.

Supernaturally Twisted is a very cool crossover fanfiction archive. There are hundreds of stories there for you to choose from.

The Supernatural Crossover Journal is a LiveJournal where I'm am the mod. You can find SPN crossovers with just about any other fandom you can imagine. Crossover fanart, too.

Supernaturalfic isn't specifically for crossovers. But a lot of SPN crossover fanfiction is posted there that isn't posted at the other two sites.

Twisting the Hellmouth has a lot of crossovers between Supernatural and both Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.

Pairings In Supernatural Crossover Fanfiction 

Crossover pairings are very popular in Supernatural crossover fanfiction. To name just a few, we have, Dean/Chloe, Sam/Hermione, Dean/Buffy, Sam/Faith, Dean/Lex, Sam/Clark, and the list goes on.

One of the most popular crossover 'ship is between Dean and Smallville's Chloe Sullivan, also known as "Chlean." And the fandom for those two is so big, you would think they were actually on the same show.

Supernatural Crossover Fanfiction Tips 

So, you want to write a Supernatural crossover fic? Go for it! But keep these tips in mind.

Read Crossover Fanfiction. Lots and Lots of It. Especially crossovers using the same fandoms.

Ask For Help. If you're not sure of your knowledge of your fandoms, get some beta readers who are. For example, I know SPN like the back of my hand, but I'm not quite as solid on my Heroes info. So, before posting my fic, I'd get someone who knows Heroes really well to read my fic and catch any mistakes.

No Crossover Is Off Limits. You feel the urge to write an SPN/Care Bears crossover, but are worried people will think you're nuts? Stop worrying. We'll love it. But...

Stear Clear of Multi-Crossovers. Crossovers that use two fandoms are hard enough to write. Toss in one, or two, or three more fandoms, and the writing gets even harder. So, to start, take it easy on yourself and stick with two fandoms.
