Surreal art has cemented it's genre in these times and like most art has divided the art critics and community.
Surreal art can be weird, beautiful, captivating, disgusting or downright absurd but it sparks controversy and question from lovers and haters alike.
If you like art there is no escaping surrealism and the forms it possesses. I have always had a passion for surreal art as you can display images and scenes which can't be captured in day to day life.
Dream like scenes make the viewer think and imagine, question what the artist was thinking and what story they are trying to tell.
From great artists, like the ever popular Salvador Dali who stated, "There is only one difference between a madman and me. I am not mad". They embraced idiosyncrasy, while rejecting the idea of an underlying madness, there is a fine line between genius and insanity and no other art displays this like Surreal Art.

i love surreal art, because not only does it let the artist express his or her self but the art work becomesa body full of life all on its own. An expirement created by ideas and dreams, some that most people woundn't dare speak of. That is why surrealism brings the shock factor because its all the untold stories of the misterious mind work.

- One of the most interesting posters printing concepts is surrealism. Many artists prefer to use fantasy and other concepts far from reality to make their works more interesting. I find this lens very impressive.
