When was the last time you heard a five mic album? When was the last time you could listen to a CD from beginning to end without skipping a single song? Well I'll tell you right now that Surreal's debut album, Future Classic, is not only one of those albums but also a self fulfilled prophecy....a Classic. I first got hip to Surreal listening to the online radio station, Holycultureradio.com. He had a nice delivery and rode the track like a surfer from Orange County riding the waves on the Pacific Ocean. Then when I bought his album it took me back to the days of listening to Guru flowin' over dope beats provided by DJ Premiere. If you're under the age of 25 you probably can't peep the metaphor. But those of you who appreciate the real hip hop, check out my man Surreal to get a feel of what a future hip hop classic album will sound like.
