Most of us know this as young children when we are under the age of 5 years old. Gradually over time on this planet with the unwitting "help" of older people, children often unlearn what is so vital for all of us to know and maintain on this earth. That is, the angels are here with us all the time and wait for our command to assist us.

Why do they stand by and wait? Because the laws of the universe are unconditional--meaning there is a level of unconditional allowing for us to freely experience what we choose to experience. This allowing is such that we can only best be assisted and supported when we put out a clear/pure intent and ask for assistance in a way other than what we would normally receive because we believe we're alone (and we think no one is there to help us).

The function of the angelic realm has always been to be there for us whenever we call on them. Over many eons this teaching has fallen away with the advent of scientific beliefs and to a certain extent the religious training most of us receive.

In spite of eons of teaching, many individuals throughout history have sought and have effectively learned how to develop a relationship with the invisible beings of light and the angelic realm. Countless famous people in history (even in current times) have encountered the angels and have relied on them for information, knowledge, guidance, financial and personal assistance, help with personal relationships, help with finding whatever resource or strategy required in any given situation.

Very little is involved in effectively gaining the attention and assistance of the angels. Remember, they are there to help you as quickly as possible according to how you give the instructions (more about methods of clear instruction a bit later in this lens).

Think about how you would approach a person of interest on this plane. How do you approach someone you want to have a friendship with? This is how you begin to develop a relationship with the angels that surround you.

Be willing to see the effects of angels. Say out loud that you want the angels of light to make themselves known to you. Be willing and open minded enough to allow them to present themselves to you in any form that is the easiest and simplest way to get through to you--and tell them that aloud as well.
This way you are making it as easy as possible for the angelic realm to respond to your call as quickly as possible (the less conditions they have to meet the easier it is for them to reply quickly to you).

If you are skeptical, but still want to give it a try--it is possible (and probable) for you to have angel encounters as well. First, you must be willing to acknowledge what you encounter. So many people do not realize that the universe and angels respond every moment to our calls but they (and all of us) tend to dismiss so easily that something happens by coincidence even when we get exactly what we ask for.

The dismissing of the daily little miracles in our lives is a habit we can undo. By the way, just undoing this one habit can help you have more of what you want in life (even if you feel you have never or will never see or experience angels). This daily habit stems from a belief that we learn from those we love and from everyone else on the planet--we believe that we don't deserve something divine to happen to us or we believe that the divine only gives to those who are special--not us.

Remember the introduction? The angels are here to remind us that we are each the beloved child of the universe. If this is true (and it is) then each and every one here on this planet is unconditionally loved and cherished because they are a part of the Divine.

If you have trouble believing this, then think about it this way: You get sunshine and rain from nature. Those benefit you and your health everyday. Without them you could not survive on this planet. Yet, you cannot earn deservedness for these vital nutrients and if you lived in nature you could not pay anyone for the use of them. This is what is meant by deservedness.

You are a part of a grand circle of life that is unconditionally supported and nurtured as a part of that system and process. Begin to understand this and open to the wealth of the good that awaits your command.

The majority of religious historical information about angels has emphasized that angels are God's messengers. The actual translation and meaning of the word angel from the Greek and Hebrew "Malak" means messenger.

You may recall the Archangel Gabriel who announced to Mother Mary that she was carrying the Christ Child. Another well known Archangel is Michael who is frequently depicted as the Angel in blue who fights and vanquishes the evil foe of the world by wielding his mighty two-edged blue sword of Divine Truth and Discerning Light.

There is more to angels than the traditional view would have us to believe. Angels are benevolent beings of light whose purpose is to support us at every turn and to respond to our requests for help. They are always awaiting our desire to communicate and interact with them.

They can and do show humans how to accomplish unsurmountable challenges and assist in the
simplest of situations in which we have few solutions. All that is needed is to act by calling on them either by name or as a group and they will respond to your given request and specifications.

If you want to truly experience the most exceptional blessings of the angelic realm however, you must be willing to cultivate and nurture a relationship with the angels.

How does one do this? There must be a willingness to let go of traditional concepts, and learn to trust that the Universe and the Invisible realm is a friendly and supportive place. Angels have been known to take many forms and can appear as human or as animal, as a child, as a relative or friend, or even as a stranger when we least expect them.

Take time to give them your attention, appreciation, praise and gratitude as well as discussing with them the things that concern you. Some ways to build your relationship with angels include generally saying out loud to the invisible realm that you want to experience communicating with the angels. or that you want help with a specific situation and discuss it as though you were talking with a very close friend or family member.
