Welcome to Sweet Pea Jean's Stitchery
During the past few years, I had a lot of time to think about what I wanted in life and how I could make it happen. I knew I wanted to do something that involved needlework (my passion), but what exactly? I love to knit, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, applique, and just about anything that requires a sewing needle. I wanted something that would provide flexibility to accommodate my Red Cross Volunteer work (which I love) and also to visit my granddaughters for lunch at their schools, attend their school functions, etc. I also wanted a little extra income!
After putting all the necessary ingredients together, Sweet Pea Jean's Stitchery was founded. My granddaughters provided the name of my store. "Sweet Pea" is one granddaughter's nickname and "Jean" is the other's middle name. I've already started training them to assist me with "Grandma's store"!

The Willow Tree line of ornaments is one of my featured products
Willow Tree represents qualities and sentiments that help us feel close to others, heal wounds or treasure relationships. Artist Susan Lordi's sculptures communicate elegance, simplicity, peace and serenity.
