But not only that, tea offers a huge number of health benefits. For example tea has been known to aid in the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular disease. Tea leaves contain flavanoids, amino acids, and vitamins (C, E and K), to name a few of the benefits closely related to human health.

Beautifully written and well worth the time and tea it takes to read it.
