The Definitive Guide to Swing Trading Stocks, by Kevin Brown, has been highly regarded by most of the people who have practiced its methods. I have found that most stock trading courses talk a big game, but then don't seem to live up to expectations and leave traders disappointed in the end.

Not the case with the Definitive Guide to Swing Trading Stocks.

If you are a beginner at swing trading, this is a must have. It will give you all the knowledge you need to trade and make money. When I first started trading I thought I knew it all, and I paid a big price to learn that if you don't fully understand the basic principals you won't make money. This guide spends a lot of time giving you all the little details that make advanced swing traders successful. Many times, profitable traders and losing trader have the same setups. It all comes down to how you trade the setup.

If you're not a beginner, don't worry, there are many advanced trade setups in this swing trading ebook to make it worth it.

There are many helpful tips in the swing trading ebook. One I particularly liked was when Kevin explains why many of these secret trading tricks that you see marketers promoting today are bad news! Sure, you might get a profitable trade tomorrow, but be wiped out completely next month. There are NO secretes in the markets, so Kevin advises you never try to think that way in the first place. If you do you will find yourself thinking that way you will constantly be trying to find the pot at the end of the rainbow.

Another feature I really liked was the video tutorials. They visually walked me through all of the methods which help since I learn better by seeing.

Overall this swing trading ebook provides everything you need to know about swing trading and highly profitable setups so you can start making money this week.

I would personally recommend this ebook over the other but you have to pick the one that fits you best!

Short Swing Trading is geared towards US and UK markets and David Graeme-Smith teaches you how to trade both. There is not as much material as the first swing trading ebook but it does cover ALL the basics.

There are special chapters at the end for new traders, experienced traders, and for all traders. So whether you are a beginner or an advanced trader this book is perfect.

I did like the back testing section of the ebook, which is something essential for making your own strategies.

The highlight of this ebook for me was the trade setups. It has some very original and profitable setups that will get you started.

Short Swing Trading

Out of the three, this is my least favorite, however it did provide some good information. It states that it is geared toward beginners and advanced traders but I belief that it's more for beginners.

The system focuses of small stops so there is less risk (but consequently less reward).If you are a beginner and a conservative trader this would be a good guide for you.

Swing Rider

Most of these tips will be in the swing trading ebook, but I wanted to highlight the ones that have helped me become a profitable trader.

Trade with Your Head, Not Your Emotions!

Too many times a trader will adjust his stop or target during the trade. Do NOT do this. Pick a setup you are comfortable with and let the trade happen. Moving the stop or target will only cause you to lose more money or take away from your profits.

Do Not Think of Money While Trading

Another downfall, even for success traders is they thing of the money while trading, and not the trade. Thinking about what you can buy with you money "you will' earn will cause you to make poor trading decisions. It doesn't matter if you are starting out or a seasoned trader, always be aware of this.

Don't Be Intimidated

You don't need to be a professional on wall street top make a ton of money. In fact everyday people make money in the stock market all the time. With any one of these swing trading ebook you will have to knowledge to make thousands. Study the guide, make a plan, and don't let your emotions into the trade, and you will make money swing trading!
