Sydney is depicted in the series as being strong both physically and emotionally. Sydney Bristow's background
a short introduction to a very complicated story...
Sydney Bristow was recruited by a secret branch of the CIA called SD-6. When she told her fiance about her life, SD-6 had him killed. Then she learned the truth: SD-6 is not part of the CIA.As if the physical demands of her job weren't tough enough, Sydney Bristow has a complicated emotional life, to say the least. Not only does she have to hide her CIA job from the world, but she also has to hide the fact that she's a double-agent from her SD-6 boss and colleagues.
The only person she can really talk to about her work is her estranged father, a fellow double-agent. Plus, she has discovered that her late mother, whom she adored, was a KGB killer.

ALIAS: the basics
To really understand the whole ALIAS story, you will just have to watch the show. But here is a little information to get you started.
Alias is an American action television series created by J. J. Abrams which was broadcast on ABC for five seasons, from September 30, 2001 to May 22, 2006. It starred Jennifer Garner as Sydney Bristow, a CIA agent.
The main theme of the series explores Sydney's obligation to conceal her true career from her friends and family, even as she assumes multiple aliases to carry out her missions. These themes are most prevalent in the first two seasons of the show. A major plotline of the series was the search for and recovery of artifacts created by Milo Rambaldi, a Renaissance-era character with similarities to both Leonardo da Vinci and Nostradamus. This plot and some technologies used in the series pushed Alias into the genre of science fiction.

- Julian Sark: Delicious, devious ALIAS secret agent
- Of all the bad guys on ALIAS, Julian Sark is my favorite. He doesn't have the grandest schemes or the worst ambitions, but he does have the most flexible loyalties. That, combined with his good looks, dry sense of humor, spy skills, and English accent, make him just irresistible!
