Don't Get Stress About It!
There are many ways that you're able to treat & prevent tonsil stones, if you really have them. Although they naturally bring no harm, except for your family members suffering from your "morning breathe" and your other uncomfortableness, your situation might worsen if you leave it untreated and decided to "Let it be"...You'll eventually NEED to get rid of tonsil stones!
However, that does not mean that you should run out and get your tonsils removed! Not too long ago, they were routinely removed for being swollen and inflamed. What was not understood then was that the tonsils' sole purpose is to prevent organisms and bacteria from traveling deeper in the throat.
Tonsilloliths are not something that you have to live with - there are various treatments to get rid of them, without having your tonsils removed (which can be dangerous as people get older).
Removing your tonsils should be your last resort after all else fail. You can usually get rid of tonsil stones using natural methods if you understand them enough. Please visit www.TonsilStonesRemedies.info for more a complete information on tonsil stones.

- well im 22 years old and i have had tonsil stones and bad breath for atleast three or four years now. i first noticed them maybe around the age of 15 but they werent stones yet meaning they were soft and had no smell and also my tonsil crypts were not as big as they are now. having tonsil stones has turned my life up side down i aviod being in social settings as much as possible, which means im always at home alone. i used to be so out going but having this problem has hendered my confidence im currently not working or attending school, though i wish to very soon. my senior year of high school was one of the worst times for me, thats when irealized my breath was bad i started having a foul taste and smell come from my throat i carried my tooth brush everywhere, just hoping that a little extra brushing would eliminate the taste and odor. everyone i talked to had a bad reaction to my breath and it killed me because my hygines always been exceptional. fast forward i started working and met the love of my life unfortunately we recently broke up and me always asking him about my breath was annoying to him. im single and ready to start my life again i miss being able to have a normal conversation. right now i dont have the money for an expensive water pik or anything for that matter. i've tried smart mouth and my mouth never tasted so great then i tried dr.katz bad breath throat spary and they started to go away but the smell only went away temporarily i've tried q-tips they dont work the best i can come up with i an clean bobby pin i helps to remove them but i sometimes get bleeding. also my mom has been dealing with bad breath for yeas as a child she had bad breath and had her tonsils removed but she still gets bad reactions from people in public i have never smelled my moms breath and shes never smelled mine but we both know and except the fact that although we dont smell anything on eachother we still suffer from bad breath i want to get better and more importantly i want to see my mom happy again this problem has been very painful for the both of us is there anyone that can help us with suggestions?
