Taco recipes
Taco is one of the most popular Mexican courses and Mexican taco recipes or imitations are enjoyed world wide. The original, traditional dish is composed of a soft wheat or maize tortilla as opposed to the hard taco shells many associate with taco.
I love tacos, both authentic Mexican style tacos and the tex-mex style tacos. The great thing about taco is you can fill them with any kind of meat, fish, shellfish, vegetables, cheese and a great variety of tasteful garnish.

Chicken taco recipe
This taco recipe is a classical Mexican taco recipe with guacamole. The taste of cumin and feta cheese is absolutely delicious.
1 pound chicken filet
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon cumin
1 pinch chili pepper
cilantro
salt
pepper
Fry the chicken in oil and season it. Make sure you use an oil of good quality. Don't buy the cheap unhealthy oils with transfat. Always use cold pressed oil when cooking, for instance extra-virgin olive oil.
Serve with soft tortillas, cubed or crumbed feta cheese, minced tomato, minced cucumber, minced onion and guacamole.

Guacamole recipe
Guacamole contains a lot of healthy fat from avocado. It was originally made by mashing avocado and adding tomato and salt. So if you want a really simple guacamole you can just mash avocado with a fork and blend in minced tomato and salt.
Here's a bit more advanced guacamole recipe that is a lot tastier in my opinion.
2 ripe avocadoes
1 clove garlic
1 minced tomato
The juice from 2 limes
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
Chili to taste
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
