Overview
In a critical battle to gain control over territory both sides find themselves attempting to punch through enemy lines to establish forward positions and probe the enemy's strength in preparation for a major offensive. The heat of battle leaves each side reeling in the chaotic nature of the conflict.
Special Rules
Concealment, Infiltrate, Enemy Lines
Enemy Lines - Score Victory Points for destroying enemy units and, in addition, score Victory Points equal to the points value of each Troop choice unit you have entirely within the opponent's deployment zone. This means you must destroy as many of the enemy as possible, while working to penetrate the opponent's deployment zone with as many Troop choice units as possible.
Mission Objectives:
Using the Enemy Lines special Victory Points rules above the player scoring the most Victory Points wins. Players receive no Victory Points for controlling table quarters.
Who Goes First:
Both players roll a D6. The player finishing deployment first (not including Infiltrators) may add +1 to his/her die roll. The player with the highest result may elect to go first or second.
Game Length:
The game lasts 6 turns or until time is called.
Deployment:
Both players roll a D6. The higher scoring player may select the side of the table on which he/she will deploy their forces. Both players roll another D6. The higher scoring player may choose whether to start deploying first or second. Taking turns, each player deploys one unit at a time, at least 24" from the opposing Deployment Zone. The units must be deployed in the following order: Heavy Support first, then Troops, Elites, HQ, and finally Fast Attack.
