The motivation required to change bad habits comes from the realization that the benefits you
experience from your habits are not worth the negative outcomes of those habits.
Do you have a plan for what you want your life to be? Or do you just take it as it comes?
Is your life just the way you want it? Or are there changes you want to make?
Everyone who's successful at anything sets goals.
Everyone has goals make more money, lose weight, spend more time with your family, get a better job etc.
Whatever your goals are have you written your goals down and created an Action Plan to get started to achieving them?
Always look at it as creating an Action Plan not just a plan. Why do I say an action plan? By just using the word action makes it a more defined goal.
As an example you want to lose 15 pounds okay but how many times have you said that in the past? Has it happened yet?
If your reading this then apparently not. So how should you start?
Write it down and set a time frame.
1) I am going to lose 15lbs in the next 6 months( This is your long term goal)
Break down the Long Term Goal into a Short Term goal
2) I am going to lose 2-3 lbs this month
Create an Immediate Action to start you on your way
3) Tomorrow I am going to do a weight training workout from 6-7pm.
You have now set your Long Term Goal(lose 15 lbs) Your Short Term Goal(2-3 lbs this month) and created an Action(weight train tomorrow for an hour)
Now take it a step further. Take one day typically Saturday or Sunday and plan out your week.
What are the 2 things you need to concentrate on for your weight loss goal?
Now create an Action Plan for each day of the coming week.
Monday meal planning for each of your 5-6 meals for the day( eating 5-6 nutrient rich meals are optimum for fat loss and muscle building). Set specific times 7am breakfast-10am snack etc.
Exercise be specific exactly what form of exercise and what specific exercises and at what time are you going to do it. On Monday I am going to weight train from 6-7 pm I will do bench presses, incline presses and dips.
Do this for every day of the week.
You have taken the guess work out. You have set in your mind I will eat this and do that at this time. I know life gets in the way sometimes and its not always easy to be that specific. But think about your life isn't it pretty much a specific routine?
Life is a habit we are creatures of habit. That is also why sometimes we never achieve our goals. It's breaking out of the norm and we don't always like to do that.
Change is never easy. But if you don't change the way you are doing things now where will you be a year from now? Saying I'm going to lose 15 lbs? Again.
Success is a habit. Start doing what you need to do today and every
day and petty soon it becomes a HABIT. You will get better and more
efficient at what you do and more successful as you develop better
work habits.
There are no short cuts in life. Although it seems we are always looking for one. There is no Easy Button.
Change takes Time, Discipline, Determination and Hard Work
These ideas can be used for any type of goal. The basic idea is if you don't take Action nothing changes.
Again you may be trying to change a lifetime of habits. Take the first step it gets easier as you go along. Yes you probably stumble along the way SO WHAT. Failures are part of life. It's whether you continue on with failure or say okay no big deal that won't happen again.

Don't be afraid to pat yourself on the back for your successes. You deserve it.

Many people want to lose weight the easy way. If they plan a strategy, then I think they can be successful in weight loss.
Some feel that by taking diet pills like ">Lipocerin can help them to lose faster.
But it boils down to action. Exercise and eating the right food play an important part of a weight loss program. Unfortunately, people tend to be lazy and want shortcuts.

What can I say about your writing but "wow" - you really know your subject and put your points across well. I can't wait for your next post. I've found a guy who is good to read too will pass the details on when I find them.
