Planning Without Action Is Futile. Action Without Planning Is Fatal.
you want out of life is this: decide what you want."
The motivation required to change bad habits comes from the realization that the benefits you
experience from your habits are not worth the negative outcomes of those habits.
Do you have a plan for what you want your life to be? Or do you just take it as it comes?
Is your life just the way you want it? Or are there changes you want to make?
Everyone who's successful at anything sets goals.
Everyone has goals make more money, lose weight, spend more time with your family, get a better job etc.
Whatever your goals are have you written your goals down and created an Action Plan to get started to achieving them?
Always look at it as creating an Action Plan not just a plan. Why do I say an action plan? By just using the word action makes it a more defined goal.
As an example you want to lose 15 pounds okay but how many times have you said that in the past? Has it happened yet?
If your reading this then apparently not. So how should you start?

Motivation and Goal Setting Write Down Your Goals - Be Specific - Set A Time Frame
1) I am going to lose 15lbs in the next 6 months( This is your long term goal)
Break down the Long Term Goal into a Short Term goal
2) I am going to lose 2-3 lbs this month
Create an Immediate Action to start you on your way
3) Tomorrow I am going to do a weight training workout from 6-7pm.
You have now set your Long Term Goal(lose 15 lbs) Your Short Term Goal(2-3 lbs this month) and created an Action(weight train tomorrow for an hour)
Now take it a step further. Take one day typically Saturday or Sunday and plan out your week.
What are the 2 things you need to concentrate on for your weight loss goal?
Nutrition and Exercise
Now create an Action Plan for each day of the coming week.
Monday meal planning for each of your 5-6 meals for the day( eating 5-6 nutrient rich meals are optimum for fat loss and muscle building). Set specific times 7am breakfast-10am snack etc.
Exercise be specific exactly what form of exercise and what specific exercises and at what time are you going to do it. On Monday I am going to weight train from 6-7 pm I will do bench presses, incline presses and dips.
Do this for every day of the week.
You have taken the guess work out. You have set in your mind I will eat this and do that at this time. I know life gets in the way sometimes and its not always easy to be that specific. But think about your life isn't it pretty much a specific routine?
Prioritize To Get and Be What You Want
Look at them seriously and decide are these thought's, worries, negative people or whatever it may be worth having in your life?
Are they bringing you closer to your goals? Or as I would bet they are taking you farther away.
If they are of no value cast them to the wayside ( I know it is sometimes easier said than done) Only by getting rid of these negative thoughts, ideas or people can you make a change in your outlook and get to the goals you aspire to.
The things and people in your life that are most important to achieving your goals are where you need to put your time and energy.
Manifesting Life Within The Moments
Below you'll find an article by a friend of mine that really brought things into focus for me. I found it very intriguing, and thought you would enjoy reading it, too.------------
Manifesting Life Within The Moments
by M-Power, but for today I'd like to give you some broad-stroke truths to apply in the art of manifesting your moments.
First, by thinking truthfully (as opposed to "positively" or "irrationally"), one can see that words become our world. James Allen took a passage from the Bible to clarify this in his book, "As A Man Thinketh." What we think produces a conversation with our self -- the most important of all conversations, as it's by far the longest. This produces the words we say to ourselves and to others. These words are either based in truth or based in fiction.
Saying, "I'm going to die if I don't get some ice cream" is, of course, utter fiction. Yet most people use this type of language all the time. The opposite is the "positive thinking" camp -- the ones who look in the mirror and say, "I'm fit, and I'm beautiful!" when they're not...and they're not!
The alternative, and the way to begin manifesting your destiny in the moment, rather than in some far away, mystical "someday", is to say this:
"I am in the process of learning what I need to know in order to become more fit, healthy and attractive every day of my life."
This is not a false statement if you are so much as reading this article!
Remember this scientific fact: any form of energy that is non-truth creates dissonance, and dissonance remodels cellular structure. That sounds kinda complex, but all I'm saying is this:
You lie, you die.
Really.
Photographs of water prove this point. Saying things that are not true to the speaker changes the structure of water molecules. Speaking words of hate do the same. You are programmed to live in harmony with yourself, and the language we use on a daily basis is often the opposite of harmony. It is the creation of dissonance. And we wonder why we have all this mental and physical disease in our world!
Your very cells scream out, "Take responsibility!" Speak in truth, both out loud and to yourself, and watch what happens.
This level of accountability to yourself will produce flowing abundance, or wealth in every area of your life that flows outward rather than remains bottled up inside of you. "Canning abundance" as I call it is a sure-fire way to total overwhelm in life. You must share it -- and by doing so, you reap more.
Become a manifestor of moments; moments that add up to the time of your life.
You can start today by joining up with an entire team dedicated to three things in your life: your health, your wealth, and your total abundance.

Courage And Resilience Overcoming Your Fears
Courage is defined as the ability to face fears with our heads held high. It is not the absence of trepidation that we can truly say that we are brave. In fact, people experience fear everyday, and sometimes are even paralyzed by it. We are allowed to feel all these things. In fact, we should! Otherwise, we wouldn't be human if we were immune to the many types of emotions. It does not require sacrificing our lives all of the time. In fact, we all have the makings of a real hero, and in our own little ways, we can show that we are willing to face all the trials that life throws in our way.
The opportunity to be courageous is inside us all and we are given many opportunities where we can practice this. We sometimes do everything to avoid these uncomfortable situations. As we face the Goliath of our inner David, we get scared of the unknown and of the possibility that we will lose. We can't help but flinch and run away.
That is why, in times like these we need to know that there are things around us that can help us. We have to know that we all have the innate ability to summon all our strength and stand our ground.
Here are just a few tips that may help us along the way:
1. We have to know what we have. Fear can rule us and paralyze us if we let it. Then, instead of facing something manageable, we face a puffed up illusion of the fear. We have to realize that we always have someone to lean on. Pray and ask the people in our lives to help us through the ordeal, no matter how small or big it is. Our insecurities may be huge in our minds that this can seem insurmountable, but the only way we can overcome them is to face them and push ourselves towards them. We have people we can count on. This is not to say that we forgo all our responsibilities and let them handle all of it. We have to know that we still must go through it, but a hand to hold makes a world of difference.
2. We need to learn to discover what's beyond our comfort zone. When we have to confront something, it takes an element of risk into the unknown. If there are risks involved, it does mean we have to let go of it simply because we do not know what to do. The more we confront the fear, the easier it becomes in our lives. The risk of threat is always around. If we always give up, we will digress and destroy our lives. What will make us stronger is our ability to always get up every time we fall.
3. We need to face life with optimism. We have to know that there are just things that are beyond our control. Accept these things and change the way we respond to the situation. Instead of it bringing us down, we must find ways to make it work to our advantage. This takes practice, but once we are able to alter our attitude, we will see that life does not throw us problems that we can't handle.
Courage and resilience go hand in hand because it brings healthy growth. Nature has gifted us with the ability to adapt. It is now up to us to discover how to use it.
Time Management Handling Your Workload
When problems arise, deal with them
Being Productive Despite Your WorkloadWe all have goals that we want to achieve, dreams that we want to attain. Our goals differ from each other, but reaching these may not be as easy as it looks. Yes, you have the perfect work attitude, and yes, also know how to prioritize. There are, however, some things in life that you just cannot control.
A sudden blackout may hinder you from completing your work, or an important family gathering may require you to let go of all your chores. What do you do when this time comes? Do you blame the things you cannot control for your failures? While this may be the easy way out, it is far from being right.
Life is made up of two types of people: the positive and the negative. The positive tend to win all the time because they also take responsibility for their failures by embracing them. The negative, on the other hand, simply walk away and point their finger at everyone but themselves.
How do you win in life? How do you become a productive person while being able to keep a very busy work schedule? The first thing you must know and accept is that you simply cannot win every time. It's what you do when you fail that counts. Here are some helpful tips to know and follow so that you can go through trials and misfortunes as smoothly as possible:
1. Don't blame other people for your failure - to blame them is to pass on your responsibilities. This is tantamount to throwing your arms up in the air and saying, "I give up!"
2. When problems arise, deal with them accordingly - plan what you need to do. Ask for help if you need to and let failures serve as lessons learned.
3. Never forget - remember what caused you to create the mistake in the first place. Keep these in mind and avoid situations wherein you'll be forced to make the same mistake twice.
4. Never let anything stop you - as you strive for success, there will always be hurdles to face. These hurdles simply slow you down, but that's all they will do.
5. Plan your life - make a careful schedule for each task to be done. No matter how many tasks there are, each undertaking achieved allows you to cross something off your list of things that have yet to be done.
6. Know that you are in control of your life - have a firmer grip on your responsibilities. Familiarize yourself with each objective and do research if you must. The more you know about something, the easier it will be for you navigate your way through it.
7. Think positive - this may be the most important thing you can ever do. Believe in yourself and in your abilities. You simply have to meet achievers to know that these people are the ones who believe in themselves the most. Success is not so much about talent, but more on the idea that with effort and an optimistic attitude, you can do most anything.
Productive people are those who know what they're doing. You can be one of them if you simply work on honing your talents and abilities. It's a matter of fine-tuning and letting yourself be more in touch with the aspects in your life.
Remember, nobody is excused from making mistakes. The fact is, every living person has made many of them. You simply have to figure out what you need to do to attain every single dream that you have.
Make the moments, and make them count!
Motivation And Goal Setting - Life Is A Habit
Change is never easy. But if you don't change the way you are doing things now where will you be a year from now? Saying I'm going to lose 15 lbs? Again.
Success is a habit. Start doing what you need to do today and every
day and petty soon it becomes a HABIT. You will get better and more
efficient at what you do and more successful as you develop better
work habits.
There are no short cuts in life. Although it seems we are always looking for one. There is no Easy Button.
Change takes Time, Discipline, Determination and Hard Work
These ideas can be used for any type of goal. The basic idea is if you don't take Action nothing changes.
Again you may be trying to change a lifetime of habits. Take the first step it gets easier as you go along. Yes you probably stumble along the way SO WHAT. Failures are part of life. It's whether you continue on with failure or say okay no big deal that won't happen again.
" A Man Can Fail Many Times, But He Isn't A Failure Until He Gives Up."
Don't be afraid to pat yourself on the back for your successes. You deserve it.
Now's The Time Don't wait for Tomorrow
The motivation required to change bad habits comes from the realization that the benefits you
experience from your habits are not worth the negative outcomes of those habits.
Yes I did repeat this statement from the start of this lens. It's that importent committ it to memory and really think about what it means.
Do something now - anything! It doesn't matter, as long as it's positive and it moves you forward. Take a notebook out and scribble down your goals, like we talked about. Dump out the bad foods from your pantry. Enroll in that class that you have been wanting to take. Get some social support, like a fitness-loving friend, a personal trainer, anything.
Someday is one of the worst words in the english language. Someday I'll make more money or someday I'll lose that extra weight.
Start using the word Today I'll do (add in your own goal)not someday because as we know someday sometimes never comes.
Is it A Self Esteem Issue Holding You Back
Ten Tips for Building Self Esteem-Our weekly tips
1. Stop comparing yourself to other people. If you play this game, you're likely to compare yourself in a negative way and set yourself up for continuing to have low self esteem. Why continue to play a game where you've set the rules against yourself, so that you're less likely to win!
2. Don't keep putting yourself down! You can't develop high self esteem if you constantly repeat negative comments about your skills and abilities. Other people will pick up on it and take on board the negative way you view yourself. How are they likely to treat you? Also don't beat yourself up over "mistakes" that you've made - learn how to reframe them so that they work for you.

Many people want to lose weight the easy way. If they plan a strategy, then I think they can be successful in weight loss.
Some feel that by taking diet pills like

But it boils down to action. Exercise and eating the right food play an important part of a weight loss program. Unfortunately, people tend to be lazy and want shortcuts.
