Set in a world reliant on a mysterious ancient technology known as "blastia," the game follows former knight Yuri as he delves into a shadowy plot to use these magical devices to control civilization, or destroy it. Tales of Vesperia uses an improved and evolved version of Tales of the Abyss's battle system, called the "Evolved Flex-Range Linear Motion Battle System" (EFR-LMBS). As with previous Tales games, characters can move freely around the battlefield to combat their enemies in real-time. (read more)

Totally getting this game :) Tales of the Abyss was my favorite Tales game. It's a timed exclusive for the XBOX360. No plans for a PS3 version yet, but this is Bandai Namco we're talking about, so it'll definitely come to the PS3 sooner or later.

Review Tales of Vesperia
Tales of Vesperia is a worthy installment in the Tales franchise, and a excellent game in its own right that stands at the top of what the current generation has to offer. Its memorable characters, beautiful graphics, distinctive art style and thoroughly enjoyable combat system make it easy to recommend to both series fans and potential new fans alike who want a quality, satisfyingly lengthy, high definition RPG.

I have to agree with lexis, repede ( the dog ) is holding a pipe in his mouth, and the dagger is on his right shoulder. The thing he spins around on the opening movie is his pipe.
