1) It's brand spankin' new. Launched in July 2009. They have launched in BETA because every product purchased feeds a starving child for a week. No need to delay that. But as a result, they only have several hundred products in place at the moment. MANY MORE are on the way.

For every PRODUCT purchased by every CUSTOMER in your store, you will earn $5. So if you personally have 10 customers, each buying an average of 3 products per month, you would earn $150/month just from this revenue stream.
For every TEAM MEMBER within your shopping organization, you earn $1.20 for every product purchased -- as long as you're qualified to be paid on their level. (You also get paid around 60 cents for every product purchased by their customers.) If you personally refer someone, you're qualified. But to be qualified for income from THEIR members, you have to refer at least a second team member yourself.
You can get paid on up to 8 levels of referrals -- one level per team member that you have personally introduced to the program. You can introduce many more than 8, but will only be paid on 8 levels. Which is far more than enough, as you'll see below.

Note that you must get 8 active reps on your team (that means they're each buying at least one discounted product per month) to get paid on all 8 levels. So for this illustration, I'm showing you as having referred 8 people.
After that, I'm assuming that the average person is less ambitious and has only shared the program with 3 other active reps. Now take a look at how the size of your team grows regardless:
