I am a loyal supporter of Yahooz coffee! Yes it has been renamed Kickers, but it will always be Yahooz to me. heck half of my t-shirts and sweatshirts are all Yahooz logo imprinted! Valerie has fought a hard battle with huge corperate asses that don't even understand that the word yahoos were the names that the horses called the humans in Gullivers Travels! I guess poor Robert Louis Stevenson will have to recant his naming of humans if he were still alive! So Yahoo, go stick that in your search engine and blow on that! As for me..... I shall go blow on my steaming cup of fresh yahooz coffee! Onward Valerie, for you are a champion in my book!!

First YAHOO! now Walmart. Looks like the Big Hat isn't done fighting giants. Good Luck!

Yahoo have no business going after Yahooz. They have nothing in common. It would make sense if Yahoo went after a online search company named as Yahooz. But this is insane. Let people do business and don't be a bully.

In light of Yahoo!'s longstanding rights in its famous and well-known trademarks, Yahooz has decided to resolve this dispute amicably by changing its name to a non-contentious name, Kickerz.

The expression YAHOO was around long before Yahoo's website ever existed. I personally feel the company does not have anything else better to do. I say mind your own business Yahoo and leave YAHOOZ alone. I personally love to drive through the hat when I am in town. I wish there was one near my home in Fort Worth. I would definitley be a regular. YAHOO for YAHOOZ!!!!

I live in Whitehouse and I love the white chocolate mocha coffee. I seriously crave the stuff. I hope this all blows over for them, I love Yahooz coffee.

The coffee sounds great, the building is definitely unique!

I don't understand why Yahoo! would do this, it's just ruining their name. Hopefully they'll come to their senses and drop the lawsuit. They'll probably be absorbed into Google someday anyway.

I'll have to make sure I get off in Tyler the next time I'm heading that way to try this awesome coffee. (Yahoo pulled something similar with a bakery that started to sell online. Don't remember what happened there. Silly people!)

Another great lens for the Texas group!!

Very nasty of Yahoo to operate that way...I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the hat. This is a cool lens, by the way. Five stars!

I sincerely hope that this is settled in favor of the coffee shop. I always try to support the small independent business. 5*
