I love growing tomatoes! I planted three different varieties this year. It is a thrill to harvest the big! plump! juicy tomatoes and knowing that I grew them with tender loving care. I usually give most of them away. I grow to many to eat and I love spreading the love. I am also going to try the Giant Tree Tomato. I am waiting for the shipment from Gardenerschoice.com
There is nothing like a "home grown tomato". They just taste different than the ones at the grocery store. I can just take one and bite it and sprinkle some salt on it and yummy!!! God bless

Hello,
My biggest concern is getting the tomatoes to ripen. It seems that I've put my garden in a frost spot and I got tons of tomatoes last year but not one red one : (
I'd also like to make money gardening.
Great lens.

Hi Sunny,

I would talk to your county extension agent (heads up 4-H Club) and ask them. Their overall job is to help you and they should know the answer in your area.

Other than that, I would go with a good hybrid tomato, such as Bonnie brands, "Big Beef" Hybrid tomato.

If you have additional questions, please let me know.
