INGREDIENTS
12 medium red potatoes, cooked,
peeled (use the tater mitts) and cubed
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
4 teaspoons ground mustard
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion and parsley. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Salad can be prepared a day ahead.

- We're testing the ever popular request... The Tater Mitts. We bought them online at Tatermitts.com for $19.99, plus shipping. Our tester Sandy is ready to go.
The product is simple to use... but the trick is ... and this is a must -- the potatoes have to be boiled before you try and peel them. Once the potatoes were ready, Sandy went ahead and peeled them. They worked quite well -- especially when done under running water. The gloves didn't get so dirty that way.
Our tester liked the mitts... said they are convenient and easy to use -- and they'd be great for folks struggling with arthritis. But.. they did get one thumb up and one down -- down, simply because our tester says the gloves get dirty ... and she's just not sure she'd actually use them.
