A lot of people think that tax sales are all junk properties. It's simply not true! Believe it or not, this photo was taken at the very lovely community of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, one of my favorite places to invest in tax deeds. As you can tell, it's a very nice community and I would love to retire there.

Great start to your lense here... tax liens are definitely one of the fastest ways to increase your wealth these days. I´ve always been more active in the PFC and REO markets, but I am now branching out into new verticals.
