This will be an ongoing list of authors who I have personally found to provide in depth information and research about the corruption throughout the tax system within the United States. This is by no means a complete list, but a continuing list of recommended reading which can be added to.

This is a special thank you to Mr. Irwin Schiff who at this time is in a federal prison for alleged "tax evasion". His alleged crime was publishing books that establish the case that the government illegally enforces the paying of income taxes and filing 1040 income tax "returns". He gives a case history of taxation throughout American history and his present day battles with the government in court. I believe his failure to win his cases is due primarily to his allowing those courts any jurisdiction whatsoever, not that he is wrong in making his points. If nothing else, importantly, the income tax, although Constitutional, cannot be enforced constitutionally, since he lists many quotes by IRS officials clearly stating that the income tax is VOLUNTARY. If it weren't voluntary, then it wouldn't be Constitutional. In "The Great Income Tax Hoax", he also documents the findings of many Supreme court decisions that declare "Income" as corporate profit after deducting expenses, and NOTHING ELSE! Yet after those findings, the IRS taxes citizens on their wages which cannot be a profit without taking out expenses first. If you read his books, you will quickly see how knowledgeable the man is in the tax codes, the history of taxation, and the Constitution of the United States; something people in this country have lost their understanding of.
